How NICE CARS SA handles the personal data you share with us through nicecars.be.
Who is responsible?

Which data, and why?
- The contact form: name, licence plate, vehicle make, phone number, email and your message. We use them to answer your request, prepare a quote or book an appointment (pre-contractual steps, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited. Our hosting provider processes them to serve the site and protect it against abuse (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- The Google Maps map on the contact page, only if you accept it (consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
We use no analytics tools, no advertising and no profiling.
Who receives your data?
- Izoard, which runs and maintains the site for us (processor).
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site.
- Resend, which delivers the form messages to our mailbox.
- Google, only if you display the map.
We do not sell your data. Some of these providers are based in the United States: any transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long?
Form messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and its follow-up (quote, appointment, repair), unless the law requires longer retention, for example for accounting. The hosting provider’s technical data is kept only briefly.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restrict its processing, object to it or receive a copy. You can withdraw your consent for the map at any time via ‘Cookie settings’ at the bottom of every page. Write to us at info@nicecars.be.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
